JDV Double Barrel Herradura

In mixing glass:
  • 2 oz. of our very own bottling of JDV Double Barrel Herradura Reposado,
  • 1 oz. Antica Carpano,
  • 1 oz. Limoncello

Add a squeeze of lime juice, grapefruit juice and splash of grapefruit bitters. Stir well in ice and strain. Served up.

In Mixing Glass:
  • 1 ½ oz Bulliet Bourbon
  • ½ oz Drambuie
  • ½ oz Carpano Antica
  • 1 oz  Lemon juice
  • 1 oz Persimmon puree

Shake ingredients and strain into martini glass. Dash cinnamon on top for garnish.

Aviator

In Mixing Glass:
  • 2 oz. Gordon's Gin
  • ½ oz Luxardo
  • ¼ oz Lemon juice

Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cherry.

Bevande Fragole

Collins glass:
  1. Muddle 2 whole strawberries
  2. Add 1 oz Aperol, 1 oz Veev, and a splash of lemon juice
  3. Fill with ice and stir
  4. Top with soda
  5. Garnish with lemon wedge

Bollicino

In champagne flute:
  • 1 ½ oz Veev
  • ½ oz Lemon juice
  • Fill glass with Prosecco
  • Dash peach bitters

Garnish with 2 brandied cherries on a skewer.

In Martini Glass:
  • 1 ½ oz Bulliet Bourbon
  • ¼ oz Green Chartreuse
  • ½ oz Nonino Amaro
  • ¼ oz Lime juice 
  • ¼ oz Grapefruit juice

Stir serve up.

Gin Freddo

Collins glass:
  • 1 ½ oz Plymouth Gin
  • ½ oz Lime juice
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • 6 grapes (3 red, 3 white)
  • 4 leaves basil

Muddle grapes, basil and sugar. Add ice, gin and lime juice. Add a splash of soda and stir. Serve with no garnish.

Negroni

In mixing glass:
  • 1 ¾ oz. Plymouth Gin
  • ½ oz. Campari
  • ½ oz. Amaro Sweet Vermouth
  • Splash soda water

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and shake.  Strain into Collins glass, top with soda water.

In mixing glass:
  • 1 ½ oz Ketel One Vodka
  • ½ oz Mathilde Peach
  • ½ oz Lime juice
  • ⅛ oz Amaretto
  • Dash orange bitters

Shake and strain over ice in a bucket glass. Garnish with one orange slice.

In lead crystal:
  • 2 oz. of our very own bottling of JDV Double Barrel Herradura Reposado,
  • 1/2 oz. Carpano,
  • 1/2 oz. Nonino Amaro,
  • 1/4 oz. Fernet

Stir well in lead crystal and serve neat in a port glass. Perfectly paired with lamb or other hearty red meats. It sounds strange, but trust us— it's delicious.

In mixing glass:
  • 1 ½ oz Italian Brandy (Stock 84)
  • ½ oz Cointreau
  • ½ oz Lemon juice

Add ice, then shake and strain. Add lemon twist, serve up in sugar rimmed martini glass.

Vive Verbena

In mixing glass:
  • 1 ¾ oz Citadelle Gin
  • 
3 Lemon Verbena leaves torn in half
  • 
½ oz Lemon juice

  • ¾ oz Mathilde Peach liqueur


Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and shake. Strain into collins glass. Garnish with lemon twist or serve plain.
