Americano and Executive Chef Paul Arenstam Support Slow Food Nation

Americano and Hotel Vitale Chef, Paul Arenstam is an ardent proponent of the local and sustainable foods movement. Paul is an active member of Slow Food USA, an organization devoted to promoting good, clean and fair food systems. In addition to Slow Food, Paul is the co-chair of CUESA?s (The Center for Urban Education about Sustainable Agriculture) annual fundraising gala, Sunday Supper, and will be traveling to Turin, Italy as a delegate to the 2008 Terra Madre/ Salone de Gusto, representing Slow Food USA.

Join us on Sunday August 31st for our Slow Food Nation "Starlight Supper" benefiting the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy. This al fresco reception and 4-course dinner on the heated Americano patio will feature a menu of ingredients from Slow Food farmers and partners. Tickets are $85 per person (not including gratuity) and are available through the Slow Food Nation website.
