Americano Dreamers

Gaze at the ceiling while dining at Americano restaurant and discover the portraits of our “Americano Dreamers.” In the creation of the restaurants name, Americano was derived as reminiscent of a post-World War II time when so many around the world dreamed of a better life in America.

Each individual in the portraits at Americano are immigrants from either Senegal, Thailand, Kuwait or Ireland and each are living the American dream as all are entrepreneurs and business owners here in San Francisco. Their poses, photographed on Hotel Vitale beds, suggests their dreaming state of mind.
